*** Hey hunnies! I received an email from one of our friends, Brenda Medina, asking about how I managed to overcome depression. It is a sensitive subject and lots of people do not feel comfortable opening up straight away. But that’s exactly the point of this post – a friendly talk about failures, committing mistakes and how not to succumb to such negative thoughts.
