I've gotten curious about Spain lately. I was told it's beautiful and I've seen photos from friends who are there.
Would've loved to try authentic Spanish food, too. The food in La Fabrica Restaurante look really delectable. I think their once in a while change in menu is brilliant. Makes it exciting for the regulars to try something new.

I would love to visit Spain in the future. Although Spain previously colonized the Philippines, I don't have personal hated about it. I'm actually quite grateful coz now we have a unique culture that we can be proud of. Including the food culture.
