I first came across Ichiran Ramen in a video where it was dubbed an “introvert’s paradise.” You sit in these cozy wooden booths, separated from others, and the only time you interact with anyone is when they hand you an order sheet or show you to your seat. Despite not being an introvert myself, I was curious to give it a try!
