I didn’t believe in “jet lag” and thought it was just some first-world problem until it happened to me last 2019 during my trip to Europe. First day in Portugal, I was sleepy the entire day, I had a a heavy, aching head and I had this “unsettled feeling” that I couldn’t shake off. It didn’t help that I woke up a few times during my sleep at night and the next day I felt crappy. Overall, it was an awful experience.
Not being able to travel is such a bummer but we have to cooperate in order to #StopTheSpread of this horrible pandemic called Covid-19.
