Olim Restaurant Review

Olim, a hidden foodie gem situated amidst the charming streets of Nice, France. This quaint yet vibrant restaurant beckons to both locals and travelers alike, promising an unforgettable dining experience filled with delectable flavors, warm hospitality, and a touch of French magic.

And if I may add, it’s hands down one of the best spots to grab breakfast!

Step through the doors of Olim, and you’ll instantly be embraced by an atmosphere that exudes warmth and elegance. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort, creating a welcoming space where diners can unwind and savor every moment.

Soft lighting casts a gentle glow over the cozy seating arrangements, creating an intimate setting that’s perfect for romantic dinners or lively gatherings with friends. It’s a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the outside world and immerse yourself in the simple pleasures of good food and good company.

I went for the “Le Brunche de Mémé” at Olim, and let me tell you, it’s a steal at just 20 euros! The quality of the food blew me away—it was simply delicious. What really caught my eye was how everything was served in jars, adding a fun twist to the dining experience. While the menu might not offer a huge variety, each dish is packed with flavor and made with top-notch ingredients. And let’s talk portions—they’re generous, to say the least! Overall, a fantastic meal that won’t break the bank.

During one early morning visit to Olim, I found myself craving a glass of red wine, and when I mentioned it to Ramona, one of the friendly staff members, she jokingly asked if I was celebrating. It was a half-joke, but I genuinely appreciated her humor and quick service. Ramona not only promptly served me with a smile but also kindly offered me more Granola Croissant on the house.

What impressed me even more was that when I returned the next day, Ramona remembered me from my previous visit and even asked if I still wanted that morning glass of red wine. It’s those little touches that make all the difference. And it wasn’t just Ramona—Tommy and the rest of the staff were equally accommodating and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall experience.

From their warm smiles to their attentive service, the staff at Olim truly made me feel like a valued guest. Coupled with the delicious food, it was a delightful taste of authentic French hospitality that I won’t soon forget.

Olim is more than just a restaurant – it’s an experience to be savored and cherished. From the inviting ambiance to the mouthwatering cuisine and impeccable service, every aspect of Olim is a testament to the passion and dedication of its team.

So if you find yourself in Nice, be sure to pay a visit to Olim and embark on a culinary adventure that’s sure to delight your senses and leave you craving for more. With its irresistible charm and irresistible flavors, Olim is a hidden gem just waiting to be discovered. Bon appétit!

PS: Olim, please give Ramona a raise!
