*** Hey hunnies! I received an email from one of our friends, Brenda Medina, asking about how I managed to overcome depression. It is a sensitive subject and lots of people do not feel comfortable opening up straight away. But that’s exactly the point of this post – a friendly talk about failures, committing mistakes and how not to succumb to such negative thoughts. On my recent travel, I managed to sit down, reflect and was able to write about it. Yes, I always carry a notebook with me whenever I travel so I can write things whenever I get inspired. 😛 I hope you find this helpful. ❤

The world was shocked on the recent passing of Anthony Bourdain due to suicide and people couldn’t believe someone who has “extraordinary ability to connect with people” would take his own like just like that. In fact, he was laughing, smiling and full of personality even off camera just days before his suicide according to the people who cooked and served one of his final ‘Parts Unknown‘ meals.
