A trip to Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino in Greenhills, is never complete for me without ordering two of my absolute favorites: Dinuguan and Chicken BBQ. This restaurant’s diverse menu provides a distinctive taste of Philippine cuisine.
Casa Reyes: Ambiance
Casa Reyes exudes a distinctive vibe, resembling a traditional Filipino abode with antique furnishings and nostalgic magazine clippings and posters scattered throughout. It’s furniture resembles antiques seen in a museum, and prior to the pandemic, it was regularly buzzing with guests, making it hard to snag a seat, especially during lunch. On my visit, there were still plenty of people but I noticed a few empty chairs here and there.
Casa Reyes: Food
I have had the opportunity to try a variety of dishes and while some of them became my favorites, there were still some that I didn’t find as appealing.
