Dinuguan and Chicken BBQ are my two favorite dishes at Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino. Before the lock downs, this was my go-to restaurant in Greenhills, so I decided to pay a visit while I was in the area.
Ambiance
Casa Reyes has a refined and rustic atmosphere, fashioned like an old Filipino home, with wooden furnishings and vintage magazine clippings and posters spread about. The furniture itself resembles the antiques on display at the museum.
Prior to the pandemic, the restaurant was bustling, and getting a table could be difficult, especially at lunch time. During my visit, the restaurant was busy, but there were a few empty seats here and there.
Food

Truffle Pasta with Kesong Puti and Bacon Bits (365 PHP)

Chicken Barbecue, 3 pcs (335 PHP)

Crispy Dinuguan (405 PHP)
Service
I have nothing but good things to say, especially to the waiter who assisted us on our visit.
Overall
It was as usual a very pleasant visit. I would recommend Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino to anyone who wishes to try Filipino food.
