Paletilla de cordero lechal (IGP Castilla y León) con patata panadera (27.50 €)
It was savory and definitely my favorite out of the things we ordered. My photo didn’t do justice at the presentation but the portion was quite big – it was enough for four person. Not to mention, the meat was tender and very tasty.

Ensalada de burrata, tomates y albahaca (14 €)
I liked it a lot. That’s all I’m going to say.

Sashimi de atún rojo con ajoblanco y emulsión de tomate (24 €)
I’m used to eating sashimi with wasabi and soy sauce, so when the tuna was served with cheese, garlic, and tomato sauce, I had no idea what to expect. I was in for a surprise. A wonderful surprise.

Arroz negro meloso con vieira crujiente y plancton marino (16 €)
