A short but sweet review of one of my favorite restaurants in the metro, Takashi Japanese Cuisine located in Pioneer Center, Pasig City.

Takashi Japanese Cuisine Review

Ambiance

It was a delight to eat in this Japanese restaurant in a neighborhood, away from many people one usually finds in a mall. It is a cozy homey restaurant.

Food

To appreciate the food one must savor every bite, be brave and curious, take time to observe each plate, relax over a 2-hour span of time, and not be worried about the budget. As a lover of Japanese food, and actually went to Japan several times & have eaten Japanese food, I can confidently say Takashi is one of the restaurants in the metro to truly capture the taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. The best part? The price is just right.
