Cafe Ilang-Ilang, Manila Hotel | Foodventure

I’ve always enjoyed dining at Cafe Ilang-Ilang – for me it’s one of the best buffets in the Metro and wouldn’t refuse when given the chance to visit again.

Food At Cafe Ilang-Ilang

Food quality is definitely topnotch considering the cost per person. A wide array of cuisine and dishes to choose from and eat to your heart’s content. There’s Filipino, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Spanish/Mediterranean, and more. You can really taste it’s freshness. Don’t forget the many different cakes, fruits and all the sweet desserts that will inspire you to taste it all. Brewed coffee and tea is available (upon request). What stood out the most during our dining experience was the attention to detail each dish was prepared. It was done in meticulous fashion and it was truly enticing.

Many seafood themed plates made this a fun, exotic experience. We wanted to experience more of a variety of pasta or desserts. Still, this place is a hidden gem.

Overall

The experience is truly unimaginable from the way each dish is prepared and served and to the remarkable staff that explains what each dish represents and the ingredients that come along with.  To me, it is one of the best buffets that I have visited and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend for a special culinary experience.
