NOLITA in Bonifacio High Street | Foodventure

We often find ourselves looking for new dishes all over the city because we love to eat. And eating is pretty much what we do all day. For our monthly get-together last January, we went to NOLITA. If you’re wondering what NOLITA stands for, it’s North of Little Italy. Inspired by the Little Italy neighborhood, Nolita brings authentic NY style pizzas to the BGC area.

The ambiance is ‘laid-back’ style kind of dining, self service, which means you line up, place your order, pay for it, wait for your food and eat.

Honey Garlic Buffalo Wings (P350)

Beer Battered Onion rings with Sriracha Mayo Sauce (P160)

The onion rings are very well made – fresh, not greasy, crisp and well seasoned, with plenty to share.

Pepperoni (P190)

What could be more awesome than a huge slice of pizza? Nolita offers seven different varieties of pizza, all by the slice. The slices are huge and loaded with toppings, just like it should be.  The pizza base was baked well but not that crispy as I expected it to be.  However, I appreciated that there were no burnt parts because I dislike eating those in a pizza crust. Though it may be a bit expensive, the size and the flavors make up for it big time.

Other flavors to try:
Wild Mushroom, Walnut and Ricotta (P250)
Chicken Parmesan (P250)
Spicy Italian Sausage (P210)

And of course, our obligatory group photo. 😀

The food prices here may appear to be a bit pricey for some but I really think it’s really good value for money and you’ll get what you paid for. Till the next visit!

Bon appétit, mon chéri!
